Acne Prevention tips: 

Don’t try to scrub away the acne.  It just causes flare ups.  Plus, don’t try to use the sun as a cure.  Although it may suppress it temporarily, belive me, it speeds up cell turnover, clogs pores, and causes skin to erupt.  Always do as my family does, wear sunscreen.

Be careful where you put your face.  Pressing your chin against the phone, resting your hand on your cheek, or touching your face frequently can trigger acne.   Don’t use too many ingredients at one time.   If you’re prone to using a heavy sunscreen, rich moisturizer, and creamy foundation at one time, the combination will plug up pores.

Hair Products can be contributing factors to breakouts around the hairline, neck, shoulders, and back.  Try using different products and be careful to keep them off your skin.

ACNE SOLUTIONS:

A.  Dab garlic juice on emerging and mature pimples.

B.  Treat acne with benzoyl peroxide, available at pharmacies.

C.  Disguise a pimple with eye-redness reliever drops.  Apply to Q-tip, and then hold on pimple about ten to fifteen seconds.

D.  Mix a packet of fast acting yeast with enough tree oil to make a paste.  Spread over emerging pimple, and cover with a bandage.  Leave overnight. Yeast causes the pimple to rise out of the skin, while tea tree oil attacks it.  It should be gone in the morning.

E.  Soak a cotton ball in warm Salt Water. Press on top of the blemish for 3 minutes to sissolve the top.

F.  Dab a bit of Honey on the affected area to deep-clean the pore and draw out bacteria.  Let sit for 10 minutes.
